pul500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: (a) a clear copy of your government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license); (b) proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document); (c) a selfie photograph of you holding your identification document next to your face; (d) additional documents or information as deemed necessary to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable regulations.
You must provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request. Failure to comply may result in suspension of your Account, inability to withdraw funds, and potential closure. All KYC documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document. Edited, cropped, or manipulated images will be rejected.
You may deposit funds into your Account using any of the payment methods made available by pul500, including major Indonesian banks (Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Website. pul500 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. pul500 reserves the right to request verification of payment source ownership at any time. You must not deposit funds obtained from illegal sources, money laundering activities, or any other unlawful means. pul500 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
All transactions on pul500 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processors, and conversion fees may apply.
You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through your Account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing times as outlined below. pul500 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable wagering requirements.
pul500 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends and holidays may experience delays. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pul500. You must wager at least 100% of your deposit amount (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds upon withdrawal.

All bets placed on pul500 are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. pul500 is not liable for errors or mistakes in bet placement caused by user error, technical malfunction, or misunderstanding of betting rules.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or league. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or canceled event, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules. pul500 reserves the right to void bets on events affected by obvious errors in odds, results, or event information.
All casino games, live dealer games, and slot machines are powered by licensed third-party game providers using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be influenced or predicted. pul500 does not manipulate game results or odds. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be directed to pul500 customer support for investigation.
You must not engage in any of the following prohibited betting practices: (a) collusion, syndicate betting, or coordinated betting with other players; (b) arbitrage betting or exploiting odds discrepancies across multiple platforms; (c) use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (d) abusing bonuses, promotions, or system vulnerabilities; (e) placing bets with insider information or advance knowledge of event outcomes; (f) engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative betting behavior.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate closure of your Account, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. pul500 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or confiscate winnings derived from bonus funds if the terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is detected. Only one bonus per player, household, IP address, or device is permitted unless otherwise stated. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pul500 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact pul500 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate formal arbitration proceedings.
pul500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; prolonged Account inactivity; request from regulatory authorities; or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining Account Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or obligations.
